United Clinical Laboratories - Finley site is committed to providing quality service to our customers. We are staffed by board-certified pathologists,medical technologists togehter with other technical, phlebotomy and clerical staff. These people work in an efficient team environment to ensure accurate and timely results with professional and friendly service.
We are open seven days a week, 24 hours per day for both inpatient adn outpatient services. Appointments are not requred.
The laboratory is located on the second floor of the hospital. Enter through the main entrance, proceed down the hallway and take a left turn after the elevators. The lab will be the third door on the right.
All test results are reported to your licensed practintioner so he/she can discuss the results with you. Laboratory staff are not authorized to give test results directly to patients unless authorized by a licensed practitioner.
We do offer two self-ordered tests that are available to the public. They are the Lipid Panel at $12 and the Cholesterol test at $7. Payment is due at the time of the service and results will be sent directly to you. A 12 hour fast is recommended for the Lipid Panel. You do not need to fast for the cholesterol test.
