“Recently, my parents received treatment at your hospital, and I wanted to thank all of you for taking such good care of them. After Dad’s hip-replacement surgery, Nurse Chris, was dedicated in aiding his full recovery. She not only reviewed the surgeon’s post-release instructions with him, but she even provided a ‘pop-quiz’ to ensure Dad knew what he needed to do for a full recovery! Thanks to her, the surgeon, and all the nursing staff, my father is back up on his new hip and getting around quite well.
