Learn about Finley's Green Initiatives

Environmental Services (PSA)

The Finley Hospital's Envoronmental Services is a very important part of our hospital's patient care team.

We provide each patient and visitor with a warm, caring and comfortable environment during your hospitalization.

Environmental Services Techs, Patient Service Associates and Floor Maintenance work together to create an environment of high quality of cleanliness and infection control as well as a friendly, helpful and caring attitude as we perform our work.

Patient Service Associates (PSA)

Patient Service AssociateAs lead Patient Service Associate, Kari Gaulke is excited about the new opportunity Finley is incorporating into patient care. Kari previously worked as a Houskeeping Linen Room Attendant, but completed training to be one of the first employees in the tri-state area to be a Patient Service Associate at Finley.

This type of customized care provides one-on-one personalization in attending to the needs and preferences of patients' room maintenance, amenities and meal preparation and serving.

"I enjoy working for Finley - I really appreciate the great benefits - it is more than just medical and dental. Employees have so many more benefits such as computer loans, pharmacy in-house, tuition reimbursement and the daycare. One of my greatest benefits is working for a director who is truly caring and treats me like family," shares Kari.  "I worked at Finley for two years and left to try to expand my career. I found that I missed Finley - the environment, the people and the whole atmosphere," stated Kari, "So I came back to what felt like home."
