 Organization, Mission and Leadership The Finley Health Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1986 by community and business leaders to encourage financial support for The Finley Hospital annual and capital programs and activities. Over the years, Finley Health Foundation volunteers have taken on a number of development projects, including updating technology at the Wendt Regional Cancer Center, constructing the Kehl Diabetes and Babka Wellness Centers, renovations the Cancer Survivor Park, and the creation of the Finley Legacy (Rooftop) Garden.

Mission
A community board of directors provides direction for long-range planning, encouragement of gifts, and guardianship of gift funds in compliance with donor wishes. The Foundation's goal is to enhance the overall health of the tri-state community by identifying specific healthcare needs within the tri-state area; actively seeking gifts and grants from individuals, businesses, foundations, and government sources to meet identified needs; investing and managing its assets to maximize investment income; and providing capital and program grants to Finley Tri-States Health Group, Inc. for the delivery of innovative and cost-effective services.
